Hi Stratford! It’s Shelly and Lucas from Community Hearing Care.
Once again, we’re excited to be participating in the Stratford and Perth County Basketeers collection, supporting women right here in our local community.
This year, we’ve purchased two laundry baskets, and we’d love your help filling them!
The Basketeers program supports the Emily Murphy Centre and Optimism Place Women’s Shelter and Support Services. When women transition from shelter into a new home, they receive donated baskets filled with household and personal-care essentials to help them get started.
Last year, thanks to our amazing patients and neighbours, we ended up filling four baskets!
This year, our basket themes are Bed and Bath.
You can drop off an item or two at the clinic during business hours. We’re also happy to accept grocery gift cards or cash, and we can do the shopping for you.

We’ll be collecting donations until Friday, November 20th.
And remember, you don’t have to be a patient to donate.
