𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 - 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞

Health and Life begins to revitalize when your central nervous system begins to function in a more efficient way. Your nervous systems ability to discover unknown tension patterns begins to evolve and you feel safe and connected in your body. There is a new level of peace as you get to know yourself again. There begins a new emotional awareness of your emotions and those around you. Benefits:

• More easily connect to and release chronic tension, while making new relationship to those parts of ourselves which were hurt or traumatized

• Improve posture, with improved flexibility and range of motion

• Develop a more conscious sense of what your body wants and needs

• Create better strategies to reduce the effects of present life stress on body, mind
and spirit

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐 - 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦

"Get out of your own way and allow natural evolution to unfold"

Health and life begins to transform when you overcome the limiting patterns within you, and reinvent yourself through new insights and actions. Transformation starts once you've discovered how and where you've checked out — unintentionally and unconsciously — in order to keep your unresolved "stuff" out of your awareness. As you reclaim your personal power, take responsibility for your life, and make necessary changes, you free up tremendous energy to be creative and more efficient in the world. Benefits:

• Resolution of chronic structural and behavioural patterns

• Dramatic increase in range of motion, flexibility and decrease pain levels

• Changes in your body systems and function (muscular, respiratory, cardiovascular, immune, sexual, gastrointestinal)

• Clearer vision for life goals and the energy/life force to make change necessary to achieve them

• Being more of your authentic self in the world

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟑 - 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧

"Feel more freedom, passion, joy and celebration for all of life"

The Awakening Process provides one of the most profound resources for transformation and evolution of the human experience. This manifests as a complete release of all structural “anchors” to past stress and trauma, with further development of the spine’s self-correcting strategies. This leads to unparalleled states of body-mind integration and expression of human potential. Benefits:

Reach beyond your current mindset, expand your consciousness, and experience the freedom possible through your body, breath, energy, and spirit. It is an elegant, effortless process to observe, as the brain becomes better equipped to auto-regulate the body’s systems and functions allowing for dynamic states of healing, growth and heightened states of wellness. In the complete absence of defense posture, breath and energy is more easily directed to the chest and heart region, leading to increased feeling of love, gratitude, compassion, heightened intuition, and a deepening of self-knowledge.

Fall is not only a time of harvest, but a time of clean up. A time to resolve. A time to deeply connect to exactly what is.

There are so many times we overlook the conversation we need to have, or the standard we are not upholding, or the dream we refuse to acknowledge and pursue.

Without investigation, we accept our status quo of what seems easiest at the time.

But maybe that comes at costs that aren't being accounted for.

Maybe, just maybe, those costs are way more than we think.

Take something simple like NOT having the conversation with a spouse, partner or even an employee or employer.

In the moment, meh, it's easier just to go have lunch, or flick on the T.V., or scroll your phone, or call a friend.

And while this goes on, let's quickly look at the cost of doing so.

- Emotional energy: The ongoing drain of frustration, resentment or disappointment.
- Connection: Less intimacy, affection, trust and meaningful conversation.
- Self-worth: Teaching yourself that your needs, feelings or desires don't matter.
- Peace of mind: The background chatter that keeps taking up space in your mind.

And perhaps the greatest cost of all?

You become so accustomed to paying these costs that you stop recognizing you're paying them.

What was once unacceptable becomes tolerable. What was once tolerable becomes normal.

What have you been tolerating that is costing you more than you've realized?

Steve used to play baseball.

He used to hate looking at the scoreboard.

He thought if he knew the score, it would influence how he played.

If he saw they were up by a large amount, he would slack.

If he saw they were down by a lot, he would get anxious and overcompensate.

There was this unconscious psychological setup that the scoreboard, and whatever was on it, had power over him. So he would avoid looking at it at all costs.

He justified it by saying, “Why do you need to know the score? Just play your best.”

Or, “The score shouldn't matter. It's not going to change your approach.”

But... maybe young Steve was off a bit on that one.

Let's call him slightly delusional to high performance.

Little Steve couldn't see his own anxiety and fear playing out. He overrode it with logic.

He couldn't consider...

What if looking at the scoreboard actually had him momentarily meet with reality?

What if avoiding the scoreboard actually distracted him from the very information he needed to adjust?

Maybe the scoreboard was never the problem.

Maybe it was his relationship with what the scoreboard said.

Imagine the farmer that heads out, and the crop is empty.

F**k.

I put in the hard work.

I put in the energy.

I did my absolute best.

And have seemingly little to show for it.

That hurts.

That stings.

To the parents out there, how many relationships have you invested in that didn't seem to yield what they *should have*?

For my entrepreneurs, how many long work nights, burning the midnight oil, and not a paycheck to be found?

For my healers, how many sessions where you have given your heart and energy, and they come back complaining about “the pettiest” things?

Sometimes life doesn't give us back what we *think* it should.

And that is usually followed by a good ol' F-bomb, resentment, bitterness, frustration, and the incessant shaking of one's head.

Head down.

Back to the farmhouse.

Seemingly empty-handed.

And PART of that story is essentially true.

The part that we can see, taste, touch, or interact with in the physical world?

Yes.

100% true.

But what doesn't generally get accounted for?

What if there's more going on beneath the surface than you realize?

You start by seeing the top of your crop. The surface layer.

Maybe it's an inch wide.

Then you dig.

And it expands.

It widens.

You realize there is more than met the eye.

And that is like your personal work.

Sure, you act, behave, have routines, operate day to day.

You function, get by, get along, speak to, communicate with...

A normal person functions as a normal person does.

Then you are asked to sit with yourself.

To slow things down.

To begin to sense, to feel, to observe.

Because what stays buried doesn't simply disappear.

The rules you inherited keep making decisions for you.

The motives you've never questioned keep driving your days.

So what might you discover if you started digging?

What if you've been judging an entire lifetime by its most painful ending?

Sarah started coaching with me believing she was a failure.

Her daughter had passed away after struggling with addiction, and Sarah was beating herself up for losing her.

She clung to the regret and guilt:

“If only I had…”

We started looking into the great void that was robbing her of energy:

The perception that she hadn't been enough.

I asked her one simple question:

“Tell me, how were you a great mom?”

She was stumped.

But eventually, she started remembering.

“I taught her how to sew.”

“I made her lunches when she was young.”

“I drove her around to all of her activities.”

And on and on we went.

Lunches. Lessons. Car rides. Conversations. Celebrations. Worry. Forgiveness. Opportunity. Love.

Over and over again, we collected the evidence.

Then, after a few hours, she said something that changed everything.

What if being ready for something new has less to do with getting something new...and more to do with learning to see what you already have?

“I don't mean, ‘yeah, yeah, I am appreciative’ attitude.

I mean, heart moving, tear jerking appreciation for exactly as your life is right now.”

Because if you don't have the skill to go deep with yourself now, something interesting happens when you finally get the thing you've been chasing.

It becomes familiar.

The novelty wears off.

And the chase starts again.

So what if the “newness” you're looking for is actually right under your nose?

When things aren't going according to plan, the first question I ask is...

𝐷𝑖𝑑 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑎 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑛?

Because the vast majority of people I coach don't.

They are simply reacting to the day.

Responding to whatever the world throws at them without ever writing down the steps needed to make something they dream about become reality.

They have ideas.

They have interests.

They have fantasies.

They even have desires.

Yet a plan?

Yikes...not quite.

A plan carries a different kind of energy.

It exists to support a dream or desire.

But if you tried to create a plan for every passing whim, you'd quickly exhaust yourself with a full-time planning job.

So that begs the question...

What is truly worthy of your precious time, energy, and resources?

How much do you like it when someone tells you what you should do?

Probably not very much.

Unsolicited advice has a funny way of irritating us. Especially when it comes from someone who hasn't taken the time to understand what's actually important to us.

And yet...

How often do we do the exact same thing to someone else?

We tell our spouse what they should do. Our teenager. Our employees. Our friends.

We offer advice through the lens of our values, often without first understanding theirs.

Maybe the better question isn't, “What do I think you should do?”

Maybe it's, “Help me understand what's important to you.”

What if you're asking the wrong question?

When we get stuck, our analytical mind often gets trapped in the world of how.

How do I say this to someone?
How do I move forward with this?
How do I figure out how to...?
How do I get from A to B?

And in the world of how, there are infinite possibilities.

You know that little phrase, paralysis by analysis?

That's what I'm talking about.

And this paralysis can turn fun into fine, excitement into exhaustion, and eager into meager.

So what if, when you experience that paralysis...

you asked a different question?
