Experience has showed me that levels of fitness don’t matter. Everyone has a body, breath, thoughts and expectations. A yoga class is a place where we learn to see and feel.
How you move, how you breathe, where you hold, what you avoid, and the habits you may not even realize you’ve developed.
The practice is learning to recognize these patterns, understand them, and discover other possibilities, on and off the mat!

A yoga class… a place to feel your body, to listen deeply and make wise decisions based on what feels right.
To observe the flow of thoughts, and gently invite the mind to follow the breath as it enters…
And to relax and trust the exhale as a process of letting go.
Ending with Śavāsana, where the flow of prāṇa can move through the entirety of your being, connecting you back to yourself… back home.
🌟
I enjoyed my Summer Series Welmä Studio created by Susan Homa so much and i look forward to seeing you all again for the Dec/Jan Winter Series🤍
