A one-day training to slow down, and come home to yourself. 🤎

On Saturday 17 October, we’re welcoming María Quetzal — teacher and cacao master — back to Samanà Space Barcelona for a one-day immersion in ceremonial cacao.

María doesn’t teach cacao as a technique. She holds it as it was given to her: through her grandmother, a healer and medicine woman from Michoacán, and 22 years spent walking alongside the Wixárika, Aztec, Olmec, and Asian traditions. Spending a day in her presence is less like a class, and more like being invited into something old and tender that’s been cared for a very long time.

On the day, you’ll learn:

The ancestral roots of cacao and the true structure of ceremony
How to open, hold, and close sacred space with clarity and respect
Ritual preparation of ceremonial cacao — consecration, intention, guidance
Voice, breath, and sound as portals of activation
How to connect with your own intuition and subtle senses
Lunch, teas, and snacks are included throughout the day — so all you need to bring is yourself.
