I've spent a long time putting these collections together, really tuning into not only what felt energetically aligned and right for me, but also what I felt would best serve my students and fellow sound healing practitioners.

It's been such a lovely process choosing the different bowls, colours and combinations, and I'm so happy with the collections I've finally settled on!

I've also had a few requests for bespoke collections, which of course I'm more than happy to help with. But for now, these are the collections I've decided to go with, and I hope you love them as much as I do! 🤍

Okay, peri- and menopausal ladies… an update!

Almost two weeks ago, I began a strict elimination diet after four weeks of acupuncture and other holistic treatments. My acupuncturist felt my inflammation was so high that I hadn't responded as she'd normally expect. To help bring it down and let my digestion settle, she prescribed two weeks of NO dairy, sugar, gluten or wheat.

And I've been STRICT! Fancy a blueberry soya yoghurt? Nope, impossible – it contains sugar. Gluten-free crisps? Nope, sugar in those too! Even the two spoonfuls in my morning coffee had to go. At first I was irritated by the restrictions, but once I stopped focusing on what I couldn't have, it became surprisingly easy.

The results? My brain fog has completely and CONSISTENTLY disappeared. I'm waking with a clarity I haven't felt in years! My measurements show 5 cm less around my lower tummy and 2.5 cm less around my upper tummy. I haven't measured properly since Easter, so I can't attribute all of that to this fortnight, but my extreme distension has eased, my stomach feels softer and the hard area in my upper right abdomen no longer seems to be there.

I'm more connected to my womb space, more aware of my body and finally more comfortable in my skin. During these two weeks I've simply followed the dietary protocol and taken natural supplements as directed by my acupuncturist – no acupuncture sessions.

I'm actually considering continuing! Freshly baked bread is practically a love language to me, but I love how I feel now more than I love bread. 😂

This isn't about getting my 25-year-old body back. It's about reclaiming my HEALTH. This is my personal experience, but I'm absolutely astounded by how much of a difference removing toxicity from my food has made to my daily well-being.
