REVITAL-EYES 🪷
Rejuvenate • Lift • Refresh

A specialized Face Yoga workshop designed to help you understand, tone and rejuvenate the delicate area around your eyes, naturally.

If you experience heavy eyelids, under-eye puffiness, dark circles, crow’s feet or stubborn “11” lines, this workshop goes beyond quick-fix creams and explores what is happening underneath the skin.

During this interactive session, you’ll learn:

🫧 Targeted Face Yoga exercises to lift and tone the eye area
🫧 Techniques to firm the lower lid and support drooping brows
🫧 Lymphatic drainage massage to reduce puffiness and fluid retention
🫧 How facial anatomy and muscle tone affect the appearance of the eyes
🫧 A simple 5-minute daily ritual you can continue at home

No equipment or previous experience needed, just your hands, a mirror and curiosity about the natural mechanics of facial rejuvenation.
