My clients want change and haven’t found their solutions within the current system. They are fed up with medicating or are actively seeking a more holistic solution to addressing, managing or alleviating their symptoms or dis-ease
They value their health and choose to make self care a higher priority. We work together on short term or longer term to help you feel better, more in control and empowered! It’s an opportunity to make the rest of your life, the best of your life! Some Thursday thoughts whilst quietly sipping my tea ☕️

Listening to a siren and the increasing traffic noise 😅

Then watching the changing colours of the sky and the local jackdaws causing a commotion 🌤️

Taking the day at a snails pace whilst the rats jump back in the race 👀

“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society” 🤮

Another brick in the wall or cog in a machine 👀

What if we all said NO 🤔

The machine might grind to a halt or malfunction 😬

Would that be such a bad thing?🤔

There are more questions than answers 😅

Meanwhile I’ll get back to sitting quietly in contemplation and drinking my tea ☕️

It's Choose Day 🙌

Maybe, like me, you are finding it increasingly challenging to find some happy 🤔

A sense of impending doom seeded in the subconscious fed by the drama of the every day, including the weather 🖤

When nature is your solace and even it becomes feral, what do you do? 😳

Choose to come back to the simplicity of the breath 🌬

Notice how long you've been holding it in anticipation of....whatever 🤔

Take that noticing and action it with an intentional exhale 💨

Maybe it's an ahhhhhhhh or maybe it's an AAAAaaaaaarrrggghhhh 😅

No judgement, simply movement 🙏

These Devil days are for letting go 🖤

Be owned by nothing and find your happy 😊

Simple but not easy 😬

It’s been very wild and stormy here, weather wise 🌪️

Which meant very little sleep for me 😓

The tumultuous weather continues so for everyone’s safety and my sanity I’ve cancelled plans 🖤

The Collective energetic weather is just as stormy, maybe even worse 😬

I’m being reminded of the Wizard of Oz from many aspects 👀

We’re not in Kansas anymore 😅

So let’s just stick with…”there’s no place like home” 🥰
