Here is 32 🤍🎂
And what a year it’s been.
A year of so much growth, challenges and lessons, filled with so much laughter, fun and joy. The year I let myself find the most incredibly support community of friends which I am so grateful for.
If there’s one thing this year has taught me, it’s that growth doesn’t always come from doing more, pushing harder or having everything figured out.
Sometimes, it comes from learning to slow down. To find the calm amongst the chaos and give yourself some love that you so freely give to others.
Learning to let go and regulate my nervous system during challenging times has been one of the most valuable things I’ve done for myself this year.
This looked like dancing and signing the night away, other times it’s chatting it out with a friend and sometimes it looks like quite alone time to get realign.
