💚 An Outstanding achievement, made possible by an Outstanding team! 🌟
Earlier this week, our Chichester & Bognor Regis office team came together for a celebratory lunch to recognise something truly special – achieving an Outstanding CQC rating across ALL FIVE key areas of inspection! 🏆
It was a lovely opportunity to take a moment, reflect on this incredible achievement and celebrate the dedication, compassion and hard work that have made it possible.
But one thing is certain – we simply couldn't have achieved this without every single member of our team.
From our office staff working tirelessly behind the scenes to our wonderful Care Professionals delivering exceptional care in people's homes every day, each and every person has played an important part in this success.
As a personal thank you, our Director Simon and Director of Quality and Operations Leanne spent time last week handwriting individual cards to every single Care Professional, recognising the unique ways their hard work, commitment and compassion have contributed to this result. Each card was sent alongside a small token of appreciation. 💚
Because while an Outstanding rating is something to be incredibly proud of, it's the people behind it who make it truly special.
Outstanding care doesn't happen by chance. It happens because of Outstanding people.
To our entire team, thank you. We are so proud of what we have achieved together, and even prouder of the difference you continue to make to the lives of our clients and their families every single day.
