CHN boss Nicks another Podium! 😁 he reports he had a ‘Nice’ run out at Birmingham HYROX today. He Had no expectations, took it steady after a busy & injury niggly year. He stated his running felt really comfortable & he felt strong 💪 so it was a nice confidence boost as he didn’t know if his niggles would hold up, but they did and he picked up another AG podium for his troubles, pushed into 3rd by 4 seconds. So he reports he is very happy with lots more in the tank! He is moving on to focus on the Deka World Champs in Texas in Dec. He had a 4 week Deka training block, then he is back to focus on HYROX Hong Kong WC qualification solo & doubles 😁🏃‍♂️💪👊

Central Health Boss says Here we go! Race & qualifying plan has come together. Qualified for all 3 Deka World Champ races, fit, mile (world AG lead) & strong & re qualified for Deadly Dozen UK Champs solo & qualified for Deadly Dozen UK champs male pairs, defending World Champs 2026. So a busy 12 months racing building up. My HYROX season starts very soon! I’m Injury free, phew! 😅 training back on track! Engine building! 🤞😁🏃‍♂️💪👊

CH Boss Success! What a week of racing, not ideal timing with just getting over a knee meniscus injury. I assess and advise on these type of injuries, and my advice would have been not ready! But that depends on the race. So gently as she goes! Deadly Dozen World Champs back to back, Solo then Doubles (really really not ideal and never gone back to back before) then a week later Deka fit to finish qualifying for all 3 Deka World Champs events. So 3 races, 3 podium’s, and Deadly Dozen AG doubles world champs! 🏆🥇I would have snapped your hand off if that was on offer before the week with my knee coping with it all. No significant running for 12 weeks got back to ‘rehab’ running pain free 2 weeks out from the races then had to manage myself each week pre race. I’ve Lost 5 Vo2 Max points, engine is down, I could tell! Now got a 5 week training block to get back up to where I need to be! before my next race 😬🤞🏃‍♂️💪👊

Another day, another race! for CHN Boss completing Deka Strong 💪 no running involved! He was 1st in AG, and currently 1st overall in this race and sitting nicely on the Deka World leaderboard 😁 he states op Deka WC qualification is on track, with Deka mile & strong complete, fit to come in July 🤞he does report he is a bit raced out! 😵‍💫 but back to training🏃‍♂️💪👊

CHN Boss, still at it, coming 1st in his AG at HybridNW and 8th overall out of all AG’s! it takes a good young Un to beat a good old Un. Well done Boss! 🏃‍♂️💪👊
