✨️This week has been extra special as we celebrated World Reflexology Week.

🫶 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took up our special offer to mark the occasion—we hope your feet are still floating!

🤝 We also had the absolute privilege of teaming up with Journey of Hope , The Freedom Project to provide relaxing reflexology taster sessions, as well as welcoming everyone who showed up for Autumn Wellbeing Evening, at The Mental Health Path, for more calming tasters. Connecting with our community and sharing the benefits of reflexology has been an absolute joy.

Now, it’s time to rest up over the weekend so we can recharge and do it all over again next week! 👣💤
