As we approach Samhain, the time of turning inward, honouring our ancestors, and embracing the mysteries of life, I’d love to invite you to join us for a special evening.

Together with the beautiful Ruana, we’ll create a space to explore our voices, connect with ourselves and the wisdom of those who came before us, and express what lives within through sound, movement, and cacao. 🤎

You don’t need to know how to sing, dance, or do anything in a particular way. This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about allowing yourself to be, to feel, to explore, and perhaps discover something new along the way.

Three hours to step away from the everyday, reconnect with yourself, and share an experience with others. 🖤

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this one with you. 🤍

Next Friday, Dionne and I are bringing something a little different to Evesham - our Immersive Yoga evening.

I love the idea behind this so much because it isn’t really about doing more. It’s about having a couple of hours where you can finally let go of doing.

We’ll weave together gentle yoga, massage, breath and sound, creating a space where you can soften, come back into your body and allow the week to slowly melt away.

There’s something particularly beautiful about receiving massage while moving through the yoga practice, and then finishing with a deep sound immersion… allowing everything to become quieter and simply resting. ✨

No need to be flexible.
No need to know anything about yoga.
No need to achieve anything.

Just come as you are. 🤍

For me, it feels like such a lovely way to close the week and enter the weekend more slowly - with a little more space, ease and connection to yourself.

There’s something so beautiful about giving yourself permission to slow down, receive and let someone else take care of you for a while. 🤍

This is why I'm so excited that Dionne and I are bringing Immersive Yoga to Evesham.

Gentle yoga, massage woven into the practice, breath and a deeply nourishing sound immersion to finish… 🤍💫✨

A space to let go of the week, reconnect with yourself and ease into the weekend feeling a little more spacious.

You don't need to be experienced in yoga. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to get anything right.

🌞✨ Happy Summer Solstice, beautiful souls. ✨🌞

Today we celebrate the longest day of the year, a sacred turning point when the Sun stands in its fullest expression, reminding us to pause and acknowledge all that has grown within us.

The Summer Solstice invites us to celebrate our journey, honour the seeds we have nurtured, recognise the challenges we have overcome, and reconnect with the light that has always lived inside our hearts.

It is a beautiful reminder that we are not here to shrink, hide, or wait for permission to shine.

We are here to bloom. 🌻

As we enter the second half of the year, I invite you to gently ask yourself:

✨ What is ready to be fully seen and celebrated within me?

✨ Where am I ready to shine without holding back?

✨ What gifts, strengths, and truths am I being asked to embody more fully?

✨ What intentions do I wish to carry forward?

And if your heart is calling for deeper connection, I would love to invite you to join me in 4 days' time, on Thursday 25th June, for The Way of the Heart: Cacao & Dance – Summer Solstice: Illuminating the Heart.

Together, we will gather in ceremony with Mama Cacao, moving, breathing, sounding, and reconnecting with the wisdom of our hearts.

🌞 Through cacao, we soften.

💃 Through movement, we awaken.

❤️ Through connection, we remember who we truly are.

This is not a dance class or a performance.

It is a sacred invitation to simply be yourself, to move in your own way, and to allow your inner light to be witnessed and celebrated.
