Full butterfly back inside the lobe. I want to remove this by causing as little damage to the tissue as possible. 🫣

Blocking a client isn’t a flex, and it’s certainly not something I make a habit of discussing publicly.

But this week, I felt it was worth addressing.

Someone left an unnecessary and unkind comment about another person on our page. I hid it and contacted her privately to explain why.

Her response? She was entitled to her opinion and hadn’t intended to offend anyone.

And she was absolutely entitled to her opinion.

But when I explained why the comment was inappropriate, rather than acknowledging the issue, she continued trying to justify it.

There’s a difference between having an opinion and feeling entitled to say whatever you like about another person.

I’m not interested in policing people’s thoughts. But I am responsible for what we allow on our business pages.

Ultimately, I blocked her.

Being a customer doesn’t give anyone a free pass to disrespect other people.
