Spiritual awakenings never happen just once, there is a beginning awakening and then we continue to unravel deeper meaning and layers as we go.
This life is not linear it is like a spiral, revisiting, gaining new perspectives and understanding as we go
Each time unraveling layers of our self.
learning, growing and evolving.
My journey has changed my life and continues to do so, at first I needed to learn how to let go of my old identity. The one where I people pleased, felt responsible for everyone else’s happiness and worked myself to the bone thinking that I alone had to hold it all together.
I felt resentful, frustrated and miss-understood and I lived my life inline with the rest of society and it just wasn’t working for me.
The reason I felt lost was because I was not living in alignment with my souls path, my inner self or my own beliefs.
As soon as i understood this I was able to face some of the fears that held me backwards and break free from those patterns.
Life is so much more rewarding when we free ourselves from the expectations of others and stop handing over our joy.
