FOOD WAS NEVER THE PLAN. FEELING GOOD WAS.
Ten years ago, I made the decision to move towards a plant-based diet, initially for personal reasons. I wanted to feel more energy and honestly, I had no idea just how much it would change.
My gut health improved massively, my skin healed, my energy lifted, my brain fog disappeared and I felt calmer. It completely changed my relationship with food and opened my eyes to the importance of nourishing my body. And yes, I get plenty of protein, but even better, so much more overall nutrition.
It also made me look beyond food and become more conscious of everything we put into and onto our bodies. This is really the philosophy behind Willow & blue. Looking after ourselves from the inside out.
I don’t often post and make it personal. The truth is, I’m not someone who enjoys social media. I love being present, enjoying the moment and living life rather than documenting it. Creating content and putting myself out there can feel like such a task, and I know I’m not alone in that!
But I also recognise that I offer something I’m genuinely passionate about, and It is a wonderful service that I want to share to help others.
My love for animals and the environment is a big part of my values, but my journey began with wanting to feel better and thinking about my long-term health.
And that’s where the food side of Willow & Blue comes from.
I love sharing this with women who, like me, want to look after themselves, support their gut health, build strength, have more energy and feel their best for as long as we can.
It’s been incredible to see the women I’ve supported over the past 18 months, hear their experiences and watch such a beautiful community grow. That’s been one of the most rewarding parts of it all.
To keep things manageable, everything is ORDER ONLY, with collections Thursday to Saturday. This allows me to manage demand, keep everything fresh and give every order the care it deserves.
I am here to help you thrive.
