I love how versatile pendulums are. 💫 I often use them in Reiki healings, both with clients and on myself, but I also use them day to day to help find answers to all sorts of questions, big and small. It Amazes me how accurate it turns out to be!

I once used a pendulum in desperate times, when we needed to find a missing cat, and the answers It gave turned out to be spot on! (Thankfully, the cat made it back safe and well. )😮‍💨

If you’re interested in learning more about pendulums and would like to have a go for yourself, I’ll be hosting a Make & Meditate workshop at .31 on Sunday 13th December.

Where you’ll get to make your very own pendulum, learn how to use it and have some time to practise and build confidence in the answers you receive.💫

A big thank you to everyone who braved the windy weather to join us for the Spirit Connection workshops on Sunday! 🌬️🤍

We spent the day keeping cosy, meditating, tuning into our intuition and opening ourselves up to connecting with our Spirit Guides, Ancestors and Higher Selves… not forgetting plenty of brews and biccies along the way! ☕🍪

It was wonderful to hear everyone share what came up for them during the guided meditations. Some felt a shift in energy within their bodies, others found they could quieten their busy minds, while others connected with loved ones who are in Spirit. 🤍

It just goes to show how personal these experiences can be, and how differently things can unfold for each of us.✨

Thank you to all who joined for the first Make & Meditate session yesterday! 🙏✨

It was wonderful to see everybody get lost in the meditative process and discovering their own creative potential with mandalas.

By the end of the session they all had a beautiful mandala of their own, which they can continue to add to and develop at home.

Our very first Make & Meditate workshop is happening this Sunday. ✨🎨

Join us for a relaxed, creative afternoon where I’ll guide you through drawing your own mandala, with some simple meditation and mindful practices along the way.

A chance to slow down, switch off from the everyday to do list and enjoy some time getting creative. You’ll leave with your own handmade mandala to keep, display at home or give to someone special. 🤍

Join me for the very first Make & Meditate session on Sunday 18th October, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the sacred art of mandala-making.

During the two-and-a-half-hour workshop, I’ll be guiding you step by step in creating your own beautiful, freehand mandala on canvas. Along the way, we’ll explore simple practices to encourage creativity, mindfulness and the peaceful flow state that mandala drawing can bring.

You’ll leave with a unique piece of artwork, as well as a new creative meditation practice to take home and continue exploring through the darker days and longer nights. 🌙

I still can’t explain why my labradorite crystal ball was vibrating … 🤔🔮

This happened around five years ago, recently a friend mentioned it in conversation and it brought the whole thing back to me 🤯 so I thought I’d finally share it.

I was sat on my bed meditating when I started hearing a strange buzzing sound. I searched everywhere, high and low, trying to work out where it was coming from. I checked all the logical things first, and then I realised… it was my crystal ball. 👀

It was vibrating completely on its own — sitting on a solid windowsill, with no electrical devices nearby, no obvious source of vibration, the temperature wasn’t hot or cold and nothing seemed to be affecting it.

I started filming, and as I reached towards it, the vibration gradually slowed down… and stopped before I even touched it! This went on for at least another 10 mins before it stopped completely and has never done it again.

I’ve never found anything to explain this phenomenon.

What do you think was happening? 👀
