Earlier this year I was excited to start a new offering at The Fold, bringing together two of my favourite joys to share — ceremonial cacao and sound.

It’s been so lovely to watch LOVE Fridays develop over the months, with familiar faces returning each month and new people joining us along the way.

There’s something really special about gathering on a Friday, slowing down together and creating a little space to simply be to welcome in the weekend.

Our October session this Friday 9th, as the evenings begin to draw in, we’ll be thinking about what we wish to gather close to us and the simple things that nourish us — a good book, a cosy blanket, a warming tea, walks in nature, the people we love, or simply more moments to pause and breathe.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao, settle into the Sounds, and take a little time to blend our own seasonal tea to take home with us (herbs and spices lovingly prepared by Zoë Rule-Haynes).

Thanks to and who is sharing this wonderful practice far and wide.

This little song really resonates with me and the work I do with and through sound.

I’m fascinated by the way sound and vibration can work on such a deep cellular level — and how what we say, hear and think can directly impact us and others too.

Dr Emoto’s experiments with water famously explored how water crystals appeared to change when exposed to different words, music and intentions. While the science around this is still debated, I find the idea incredibly thought-provoking — especially when we remember that our bodies are made up of at least 70% water (another reason sound therapy can have such a profound effect on our beings, water acting as a great conductor of sound).

So why not have a little fun with our own cells? 💛

Positive words. Positive thoughts. Beautiful sounds.
A simple way to remind ourselves that what we focus on matters — and a little daily reprogramming for our minds, bodies and energy. ✨

✨ ALL-NIGHT GONG PUJA + GONG WORKSHOP ✨
Saturday 3rd October | Hellens Manor, Much Marcle

After the wonderful response to our last Gong Puja at Hellens Manor last year, my dear sister Ali Resonant Being and I are excited to be returning to this very special space for another night of deep listening, rest and transformation.

Set within the 16th-century Great Barn, the atmospheric space holds sound in the most incredible way. From evening into sunrise the following morning, we’ll be immersed in a continuous soothing sound scape of Gongs , allowing the vibrations to support deep relaxation, meditation and rest.

🌙 GONG WORKSHOP + PUJA
There are now just 2 places available for the afternoon workshop due to cancellations.
The workshop is for anyone curious to learn more about playing the gong and keen in participating in the magic of the Puja (the experience is truly unlikely anything else!)

We’ll spend the afternoon exploring techniques and approaches to gong playing, before you join Ali and me in the evening to play as part of the Puja, taking turns throughout the night. A light dinner and cacao are included.

These places are always very limited and the workshop sold out quickly when first announced, so this is a rare opportunity to join us. Tickets £138

🌙 RECEIVER-ONLY PLACES
You can also join us simply to receive — lying back, resting and allowing the sound to wash over you throughout the night. We ask for participants to have experienced at least four regular Gong baths before booking to ensure you are familiar with the effects on your nervous system. Breakfast and teas included. A beautiful evening Woodside Lodges Country Park, cradled by water, supported by Earth with an expansiveness of Sky above, total immersion in nature with birds singing and geese and ducks joining in too!

Feeling blessed to play outside in such beautiful surroundings, by water.

What a week it has been, with a wonderful Sunday floating soundbath Escape to the Lake (a post to come soon) and a Full Moon Sound journey The Fold on Monday.

Grateful to all for coming and to the wonderful venues and locations I am lucky to play at, and most of all to the team behind the scenes at each of these places.

They work so hard and lovingly behind the scenes to make these experiences so special, and I’m incredibly grateful to them.

Next Sunday floating soundbath Escape to the Lake on Sunday 20th September 2pm to 4pm (floating fully booked, a few lakeside places available)

Tuesday Tranquility Floating soundbath Woodside Lodges Country Park on Tuesday 22nd September on the Autumn Equinox 🍁🍂 6pm to 8pm (a few spaces still available).

Thank you Quanta Training for asking me to faciliate a Soundbath for your team yesterday morning as part of your Renew to Sustain leadership program.

It's always exciting to share my love and passion for Sound therapy, especially when most of the participants are new to the experience.

Kingsway House in Worcester is a lovely venue, very peaceful and airy, with helpful staff. Thanks Rick for help with unloading and packing up the equipment ☺️

I feel so grateful to be doing and sharing what I love, with the intention that the good vibrations keep rippling out into the world. We need it right now.

So grateful to the wonderful women who came to yesterday's LOVE Friday , a 2.5 hour mid morning sanctuary, combining the gentle yet powerful plant medicine of cacao along with the deep resonance of sacred sounds from Gongs, bowls, rattles and...this beautiful monolina in D, the latest addition to my musical family!

Thank you Amy for passing it on to me preloved yet feels like new, I felt so joyful and peaceful as I played.

I'm excited to learn more about this lovely instrument, and grateful to my dear sister Ali for making it happen when it did and to Zoe .presents
for capturing this moment in yesterday's soundbath and for assisting me so beautifully 💜

As we are in the full bloom of May, I felt inspired by bringing in a bit of English herb therapy, connecting our senses to the scents, touch and taste of fresh herbs including chives, rosemary, thyme, mint, lemon verbena, lavender, sage and oregano (thanks to contributions from my lovely neighbour Jean's garden!)

So thankful for this opportunity to take a pause from the busyness of life and gather with likeminded souls for nourishing Friday daytime gatherings with two of my favourite joys, cacao and sound.

Limited to 12 spaces, the next one is on Friday 11th September and Friday 9th October 11.15am to 1.45pm. And maybe one in August if there is availability and the wish for one! 🌷

And just like that....we entered the merry month of May!

Beltane blessings to all 🌿🌷💦

It's been quite a while since I've been up here and I have some catching up to do with lots of exciting, as well as tough, things happening in life these past months.

This morning, to mark Beltane and the Well dressing festival in Malvern, some of us early birds woke at 3.45am to meet by St Ann's Well and walk together in silence, across the rugged terrain to Dripping Well.

As we watched the sun rise together with the tinkling sounds of the flowing water, Jonathon Penley and .xerriwest guided us beautifully through some songs, in memory of the late Paul Sandover, that Paul had written as well as his poetry read by Phil.

The atmosphere was calm, humble, kind, with deep reverence for the nature we found ourselves immersed in and the dawn chorus of birds which penetrated our beings.

What a gift this life, every day a new dawning.
What a gift the kind folk we find ourselves in community with, some of us strangers but all made welcome.

So lovely to also experience this with and the others who joined us.

What a lovely chilled evening yesterday, learning to make incense, smudge sticks to cleanse and restore, willow moon smudge sticks by candlelight with some wonderful souls.

It felt so good to sit in circle, crafting together, men, women, and children. Laughing, chatting, singing and indulging in all the delicious puddings!

Thank you .presents for your warm welcome and for guiding us so patiently & wisely, all was so beautifully prepared.

Glowing from the company of some lovely ones and the sweet, aromatic smelling herbs, spices and resins.

Looking forward to more of these gatherings in the future. Thanks Zoe, Lex and all your family for making us feel so at home.

Just landing back after a wonderful weekend in Cornwall in the beautiful space in Helston.

Our annual Samhain All night Gong Puja was made all the more special this year as we decided to wear red to honour our bloodline, our ancestors, the divine feminine and the deep richness of this season.

A full weekend of training led by the brilliant Ali , with the participation of her fabulous students and dear sound sister Tess , as we each took turns to play throughout the night to create a beautiful seamless weaving of sound.

There’s something truly magical about holding space together in this way — through the night, riding the waves of vibration, breath, and silence as the dawn slowly returns. ✨

Feeling deeply nourished, inspired, and grateful to share this practice and this lineage with such devoted souls.

More Puja dates to come in 2026 (May in Cornwall and October in Herefordshire).
