Junior Caretaker/Cleaner…
Contract:
Flexible 8-10 hours per week
Typical Regular Hours:
Mon 6.00am-9.00am (3 hrs)
Tue 6.00am-9.00am (3 hrs)
Wed6.00am-9.00am (3 hrs)
Hourly Rate: ÂŁ13
Location: Iveridge Hall, Oulton, Leeds
Responsibilities:
As a Junior Caretaker at Iveridge, you'll be responsible for:
- General maintenance of the spa and health club i.e. carrying out routine checks of the facilities and assisting with basic repairs etc
-General cleaning duties throughout the spa and health club i.e. jetwashing pool areas, deep cleaning of sauna and steam room etc
-Health, safety and security checks i.e. following safe working practices and using equipment and cleaning products correctly, opening and closing the building etc
-General support to the senior caretaker with practical tasks where required i.e. support the team with deliveries, stock movements and storage. Assisting with seasonal maintenance, including outdoor furniture preparation and winter protection. etc.
- Pool safety and water testing (training provided)
Training:
No worries if you're new to this – full training will be provided.
Flexible Hours:
You will usually have your set shifts on Monday-Wednesday. Your hours may vary on a weekly basis to accommodate the business needs. There may be overtime available.
