Are you joining me this week for your October Half Term Trick or Treat Pilates class? 🎃👻🕷️🦇🧟

All classes on as usual, we just have the alternative venue for evening classes on Thursday 29th October - we are at Bamber Bridge Methodist Church NOT Farington Moss St Paul's primary school. We will of course be back at school next week on 5th November.

9.30am mat Pilates
10.30am seated Pilates
at Regenerage Lostock Hall (for older adults but everyone welcome, just turn up and pay on the door, this one isn't on Gymcatch)

Always learning 🤓
This afternoon Pippin and I had volunteer duties with our Pets As Therapy visits to and joined the Anaphylaxis Awareness Training for schools delivered by the Lancashire School Nursing Team so that we're fully up to date on the latest procedures.
