How do you feel about the use of AI in the NHS? ✨

AI tools are increasingly being used to support healthcare, but what do patients know about how they are used, and what information do they need to feel informed?

We’re partnering with Heidi to hear directly from patients about their awareness, expectations and concerns around the use of AI in the NHS.

Your views can help us better understand what matters to patients, including how AI is used, what people want to know about it, and the concerns they may have.

The survey is open to people across the UK, is anonymous and takes around 15 minutes to complete.

Take the survey: https://www.patients-association.org.uk/share-your-thoughts-with-us-on-the-way-ai-tools-are-used-in-the-nhs?utm_term=patientsassociation&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social

Patient consent is much more than signing a form and saying yes.

Meaningful consent means having the information you need, being able to ask questions, raise concerns and make a genuine choice about your care.

Join our free webinar, Patient consent: making sure your voice is heard, understood and respected, to explore what meaningful consent looks like in practice, and how we can move away from tick-box approaches towards conversations where patients are genuinely listened to.

In her latest blog, Chief Executive Rachel Power reflects on the huge impact legacy donations have on our work by bringing us closer to the future we want to see; one where patients aren’t simply heard but genuinely help shape the care they receive.

Read her blog: https://www.patients-association.org.uk/blog/a-gift-that-lets-us-do-more-not-just-get-by

Remember A Charity Week is drawing to a close but you can always find information on how to leave a gift in your legacy to enable our work by visiting this webpage: https://www.patients-association.org.uk/leave-a-legacy

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has decided to give a one-off donation or updated their Will to include a gift to our organisation. Thank you!
