It’s never my first move. If you’re already run down, cutting out more rarely helps. What I look at first is the foundations: enough protein, plenty of plants and fibre, healthy fats and regular meals, plus your bloods, so we know what you actually need.

I cover the food foundations in the IVF Success Blueprint, my self-study course to get you IVF ready, with everything I use with my 1:1 clients. Follow along, and DM me BLUEPRINT and I’ll send you the link.

Doing IVF solo? You don’t have to do it alone.

Every decision, number and what-if lands on you, and nobody tells you where to start.

I help women prepare their bodies, understand their numbers and feel supported at every step. I’ve been through IVF myself, and I’d love to help you.

Follow along, and DM me SOLO and tell me where you are in your journey.

If your IVF cycle didn’t go as you’d hoped, I’m so sorry. Here’s where I’d start: where in the cycle did it drop off?

Poor fertilisation often points to the s***m. Early arrest usually points to the egg. Later development points to both. That tells you where to focus before you go again.

Ask your clinic for the full cycle report, and use the months before your next cycle.

I recorded everything I wish I’d known before I started. It’s free. Follow along, and DM me REPLAY and I’ll send it over 💕

Low AMH means fewer eggs, not poorer eggs. If you’re younger, quality is usually still on your side, so the job is to make every cycle count.

If your AMH is dropping fast, it’s worth talking to a fertility clinic now, so you know what you’re dealing with and what your options are: is it early menopause, and do you need further investigations or an IVF conversation sooner?

Then the right testing, ruling out PMOS and endometriosis, and the 90 days before collection.

Apply for a free discovery call using the link in my bio and we’ll look at where to start.

Told it’s “unexplained”? It usually means the standard tests came back normal, not that there’s nothing left to look at.

Here’s what I’d want checked before accepting it:

Endometriosis that hasn’t been diagnosed. You can have it with little pain and a normal scan
PMOS (formerly PCOS), including blood sugar and hormone patterns
Immune factors, which I’d want you to discuss with your consultant
A mild male factor, such as a borderline semen result or s***m DNA fragmentation. Gaps in your testing.

You don’t need all of these. You need to know what’s been checked and what hasn’t.

I put the endometriosis questions and tests into a checklist. Follow along, and DM me ENDO and I’ll send you the Endometriosis Fertility Roadmap.

The mistake? Freezing your eggs without preparing.

Most women freeze their eggs thinking it’s insurance. But freezing doesn’t improve your eggs. It preserves them exactly as they are on collection day.

If you go in without preparing, you may end up with eggs that aren’t viable when you need them. An insurance policy you can’t cash in.

The 90 days before collection are when your eggs are developing, and that’s the part you can influence. The goal isn’t the most eggs. It’s eggs you can actually use, if you need them.

Follow along, and DM me REPLAY for my free session on everything I want you to know before you start freezing or doing IVF.

I conceived my third baby naturally, with stage 3 endometriosis, after multiple failed IVFs.

Here’s what I want you to know: endometriosis can make conceiving more complicated, but not impossible, and where you start matters.

Your tubes, ovulation, your partner’s s***m, and how endometriosis may be affecting your egg reserve. I put it all in a checklist, with the questions to take to your consultant.

Follow along, and DM me ENDO and I’ll send you the Endometriosis Fertility Roadmap.

I went through 2 failed rounds and 3 failed transfers, and I wish someone had told me how much I could do before I started.

The 90 days before collection are when your eggs are developing, and that’s the part you CAN influence.

So I recorded everything I wish I’d known: what to look at, what to ask your clinic, and what to work on before you start.

It’s free. DM me REPLAY and I’ll send it over.
