Birthday hair transformation + postpartum loc care! 🎂👶✨
My client came by with her sweet baby for a much-needed birthday reset after 4–5 months of new growth!

Even though I usually advise against bleaching locs to keep the strands as strong as possible, it was her birthday and she really wanted a pop of color! We kept it gentle—lifting to a rich warm honey-brown rather than an intense blonde to preserve the integrity of her hair.

After thoroughly washing out the color, we went straight in with instant crochet root maintenance to pull in all loose growth, firm up the roots, and give her neat, defined parts without heavy waxes or tension!
