When we are thankful our mental health gets a positive boost . This is mindfulness . What better time to show thanks to all we have and all we have achieved this year than at Harvest time . Let me know if you would like a chair this Sunday

We have 3 sessions left with Lucy for a cosy Knit and Crochet . You are welcome to join us for these at £8 per session with a cuppa and warm welcome included.
Filming is taking place right next to us so parking best at Withy Walk or Sycamore Terrace. If you see Police cars, they aren't after us ... I think we might become known as 'The Sinister Square' when these shows are aired next year!

‘THE NIGHT THE LAVENDER VANISHED ‘. Nevermind ‘The Night They Vanished’ , the real mystery is who dug up RnR’s lavender plant! In protest , the Magic Lavender ( which is actually as Aster) decided to bloom right up ! I questioned the BCC for witnesses and my clients all have alibis … any ideas ?

It's an exciting week in Magor Square this week with all the filming! A reminder that we can't drive through the square this week and the nearest car park is being used for the crew so plan ahead to walk a little to reach RnR this week. There is still disabled parking available.
Feel free to pretend to browse our books with Look Books if you want to take a look at the action !

✨️Exciting Opportunity for the right therapist✨️

Space has become available at RnR Therapies in Magor Square for another therapist to join our team! We have a beautiful therapy room (with sink) available to rent in the centre of Magor with free parking just 1 minutes walk away.

What I'm looking for - bodyworker, physio, chiropractor, remedial massage therapist

What I'm NOT looking for - reiki practitioner, energy healer, reflexologist, Indian head massage therapist. These are all therapies that are offered at RnR already.

If you think you'll be a good fit or know somebody who is looking for a therapy space please contact me on this page and I will be in touch.
