✨ 8 spaces left! ✨

Hi everyone 🪷

I have just 8 spaces remaining for my Sound Bath at The Soar on Tuesday 6th October.

We’ve moved into a new room, and it’s such a beautiful, much quieter space. It almost feels like it cwtches us in, creating a warm and peaceful sanctuary where you can feel safe to let go, release what you’ve been carrying, ground yourself and gently recharge your energy. 💜

Come and immerse yourself in a beautiful sound journey with the gentle vibrations of the singing bowls, chimes and healing sounds, allowing your body and mind to slow down and simply be. ✨

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired or just in need of some time for yourself, this is your invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect. 🌙🪷

There is something so special about sharing these moments surrounded by nature. 🌿✨

As the sun gently sets and the moon begins to rise, I love watching everyone slow down, breathe deeper and feel grounded by the earth beneath them.

We listen to nature’s own acoustic — the rustling trees, birdsong, gentle breeze and the beautiful sounds that emerge as day turns into night.

Then, woven gently amongst it all, the singing bowls and chimes bring their own soothing vibrations, creating a beautiful sense of balance and harmony.

Nature, sound and energy coming together to create a little space to simply pause, reconnect and return to ourselves. 🌅🌙🪷
