If things feel a little fast, just try pausing for a single breath...and simply notice the sounds around you - a hum, or a rhythm - and let it bring you back to now, your nervous system will thank you🙏💛

A gentle reminder to treat yourself with the same care you offer to others 💗💚

Sound baths encourage your body to deeply relax, taking you to a calmer place, helping your nervous system slow down, and your heart rate soften.

The vibrations from the bowls also encourage your muscles to release tension, which can make you feel cooler as your body stops holding heat in tight areas. - this is the reason why a cosy blanket is always good to have💛

Mats, blankets and cushions are all provided, unless you would prefer to bring your own.

My next sound bath will be held this coming Sunday at Hill Rise Hall, in Brighton Hill, starting at 5pm.

Everyone is welcome, no experience is needed! 🌟

Booking is essential to secure your space, please visit my website to book your space🙏 https://www.crystaljourneys.co.uk/

Have you ever just listened to the rain for a moment - it has a steady rhythm that is calming to the nervous system, inviting us to soften and breathe, encouraging moments of rest and reflection💚

It also clears the air, washing away heaviness and creating a sense of renewal🙏

Wishing everyone a calm and happy Tuesday✨

Life is always so busy - so much to do, so much is expected of us, not enough time in the day to finish your list of to do's! Usually ending in no time for yourself to just breathe deeply🧘

Taking little pockets of 'time out' & breathing deeply throughout the day are so underrated, but so beneficial for your body & your mental health!

Take the time for yourself that you deserve🙏🧡
