The Trevelthan Team recently held a productive team meeting, discussing person-centred support, holidays, emotional wellbeing and proactive health planning. The team reinforced the importance of open communication, shared goals and teamwork, before taking part in CQC tasks and scenarios to strengthen their understanding of responsibilities, expectations and best practices in care 💚

Springfield’s Senior Support Workers came together for a productive and positive meeting today! Following some well-deserved promotions within the team and recent changes to the structure of Springfield, this was a great opportunity to come together, reflect and refocus.
Time was spent discussing each service in detail, clarifying roles and expectations, sharing important documents and aligning goals moving forward. Most importantly, the meeting provided an opportunity to celebrate achievements and recognise the progress being made across the team 💚
