Good company, good food and a birthday worth celebrating! 🎉

One of our Community Carers from our Torbay and South Hams hub recently supported service users in heading out to a local pub to celebrate a birthday together, enjoying good conversation, a change of scenery, and, of course, a little birthday treat. 🥳

Moments like these remind us that homecare is about more than the practical support someone may need. It’s about connection, companionship, and helping people keep enjoying the moments that matter.

Congratulations, Louise! 👏

We're delighted to celebrate Louise, one of our Senior Care Coordinators, on successfully passing her Medicines Management Train the Trainer course!

This achievement strengthens Louise's knowledge and skills in medicines management training, helping her support colleagues to follow best practice and maintain high standards of medication safety.

We recently received a touching message of thanks from the family of a service user who sadly passed away.

The family wanted to recognise the care and kindness shown by our team while supporting their loved one, a reminder of just how much compassion, patience and dedication can mean to a person and their family during a difficult time.

For our Community Carers, it is a privilege to support people in their own homes and to be there for families when they need it most.

We’re incredibly grateful for these kind words, and we're proud of our Torbay and South Hams team for the care they provide every day.

Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time. 💙
