Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting people to live independently in their own homes? We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Agincare Weymouth & Portland!
🏡 Based at our flagship branch in Castletown, Portland, you’ll support our care team across Weymouth, Portland and the surrounding areas.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
✅ Completing care assessments and reassessments
✅ Creating and updating person-centred care plans
✅ Carrying out regular care plan reviews
✅ Supporting, supervising and mentoring care staff
✅ Conducting care observations and spot checks
✅ Monitoring care quality and ensuring high standards
✅ Building positive relationships with customers, families and colleagues
✅ Supporting staff development, training and best practice
✅ Helping ensure care is safe, compassionate and compliant with regulations
💷 Salary: Up to £28,000 per year
