Little Hearts Matter is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting and empowering anyone affected by the diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition.
At Little Hearts Matter we want to celebrate our community living with single ventricle heart conditions and bring awareness of this complex cardiac condition that many people haven’t heard of.
Being diagnosed with half a working heart brings a specific set of challenges, but with the right support and information, so many of our members go on to fulfil their own potential.

Join Parkfield Patients Participation Group on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at 7.15pm for a talk with Tracy Logan.

Tracy will explain who Admiral Nurses are, how they support people living with dementia and their carers at home, and how families can access their services. Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who offer free expert advice, clinical guidance and emotional support.

Public Health would like your help with a survey.
It takes just 5-10 mins to complete and it is quite straightforward with 99% of the questions being multiple choice. It is for people between 18-49 years old who had or currently have a cervix and receive their healthcare in Hertfordshire. It is completely anonymous with a participant information sheet link at the start of the survey that explains everything.
