Healthy Baking Fun at Cuffley Manor Care Home!

Today, our residents enjoyed getting creative in the kitchen as we made healthy protein flapjacks.

Everyone had a lovely time mixing the ingredients, sharing smiles and enjoying quality time together. It was a great opportunity to make a tasty treat while learning about healthier snack choices and the importance of good nutrition.

Our homemade flapjacks were a delicious way to enjoy oats and other nutritious ingredients, helping to support a balanced diet while having fun together.
