Do you pipe up if you’re in pain? 🙋♀️
Be honest. How many times have you felt a twinge in class and just… carried on?
I see it all the time. Lots of us don’t want to make a fuss, slow the class down or look like we’re “doing it wrong”.
But here’s the thing: I really want to know.
Pain is your body’s way of telling you something. Sometimes it’s a small fix. A tweak to your position or alignment can make a move feel completely different. Other times, it’s a sign to stop, adapt the move or get it checked out by your GP or physio.
Either way, I can only help if you tell me.
So, next time something doesn’t feel right, pipe up. Put your hand up, catch my eye or have a quick word with me after class. You’ll never be a nuisance. Looking after you is my job. 💛
Tell me in the comments: are you a pipe-upper or a quiet sufferer? 👇
