ONE WHOLE HOUR to myself every morning without any devices. No picking up the phone. No laptop. Not even looking at my Fitbit.

I’ve recently allowed the whole world in through my phone before I’ve even fully woken up, and it’s causing me so much anxiety and tension. I feel like it’s polluting my mind with noise I don’t need and didn’t even sign up for.

So the plan is to allow myself to be present with the morning routine, drinking my brew mindfully, checking in with how I’m feeling. Doing my morning meditation. Allowing myself to just be. Even if I’m rushing around to get ready to go somewhere, I can be present with the rushing.

Gonna do this for 30 whole days, and then I’ll report back. Wanna join me? 🙌🏻

The best tool I’ve ever found for managing a brain that feels like it will never ever shut up or leave me in peace?

Reiki.

The energy soothes and calms. It allows everything within me to soften - including my thoughts. Not always, because they love to put up a fight. But that fight often melts away when I channel Reiki.

How does it work?

I set an intention to connect. Then I feel a rising sensation of energy through my whole body. My hairs prick up. And I feel it flowing through my palms. Then I let my intuition lead the way in where I should place my hands.

The best part?

It feels like my brain has learnt to trust this energy too, so it gets less in the way. And I think for me this is the best way of describing that “grounding” feeling people say Reiki has. It just allows everything to settle and relax and I can just melt into the floor or ground I’m sitting on. With nothing to do but bask in the soothing, uplifting energy I’m feeling.

Welcome to Nordlight Healing!

I'm Bjorn. For years, I lived caught in my own head - battling perfectionism, self-doubt, and a body that didn't feel safe. When I discovered Reiki, my eyes opened to a whole new world of working with energy. My nervous system finally settled, and I felt grounded and reconnected to myself.

After years of study, reflection, and practise, I now offer Reiki energy healing, tarot readings, and combined sessions. Energy healing works with your body's innate capacity to rebalance and restore itself. Tarot helps you understand deeper patterns at play and find guidance when you're at a crossroads - it's a mirror for self-understanding.

My approach is grounded in my Norwegian roots and connection to nature. It's an understanding that we're part of nature's living energy, not separate from it. I create a calm space where you can truly land, without pressure or spiritual performance, and at your own pace.
