LET’S HEAR FROM ROB! 💪

After experiencing neck and back pain, along with pins and needles in his fingers, Rob has been having regular sports massage and cupping sessions.

A few weeks on, we sat down with Rob for a relaxed chat about his experience and the improvements he’s noticed so far! 🙌

There’s nothing better than hearing directly from our clients about their progress!

WHY CUPPING? 💪

Cupping therapy can be a great addition to your sports massage and recovery routine.

Benefits may include:

I massively support Andy’s Man Club, and here’s why you should too!

Men’s mental health matters, and nobody should ever feel like they have to struggle in silence. 💬

I encourage everyone to speak up, check in on those around them and remember that IT’S OKAY TO TALK!

Don’t miss Andy’s Man Club at the Pride of Britain Awards tonight at 8pm on ITV! 📺

Your support is massively appreciated!

Real results, straight from the session! 💪

Here’s a customer in action using our cupping therapy. Don’t just take my word for it — as he said himself, he “was not able to do this at the start of the session”.
It’s great to see improvements in movement and mobility during a session!

Another exercise I used when building my back up 💪
After speaking recently about my own experience with back problems, I wanted to share some of the exercises that helped me gradually get back to training.
Kettlebell swings were another one I introduced. I started light, focused on the movement and gradually built the weight up as I got stronger and more confident.
This is what worked for me and my own situation — I'm not saying everyone with back pain should be doing kettlebell swings.
For me, the biggest lesson was start where you are and build from there. 👊
