Sometimes, the body needs a little more than we realise.
Last month, I spent a weekend with John Wilks exploring how Craniosacral Therapy (CST) can be incorporated into Bowen Therapy sessions.
It was a really valuable opportunity to develop my knowledge and explore how these gentle approaches can work together, particularly when supporting people with deeper-rooted issues.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms. It can be particularly interesting when looking at areas such as trauma, nervous system dysregulation and the physical effects of prolonged stress.
By bringing elements of CST into my Bowen sessions, I’m continuing to expand the ways I can support clients, recognising that sometimes what we experience physically can have much deeper connections.
I’m always looking to learn, develop and bring new knowledge into my practice so that I can offer the best possible support to the people who come through my door.
