There are still some spaces for our November sauna hat making event but we recommend booking soon.

It's the perfect way to spend a wintery Sunday.

Mindful creativity - absolutely no experience or skills needed - hosted by lovely Amy sussexsaunahats

Followed by a relaxing two hour spa session moving between the hot spaces, cool plunge and relaxing warm room.

We might be in winter weekend hours now but there's still plenty going on a the Wild Spa Wowo.

We highly recommend booking with plenty of notice for weekend sessions.

Two hours still provides lots of lovely spa and lolling around time, especially as the Forest Room is now in 'warm room' mode furnished with comfy cushions and throws and a toasty fire. Nordic and Baby Banya saunas are nice and hot, the cold plunge is still fresh and the wood-fired hot tub is delicious!

The Monthly Women's Circle with Meg M. and Ceci Cecilia Farrell are a slow nurturing delight and proving very popular, with their blend of held space, guided sauna and shared food. Just 4 spaces left for October.

We are thrilled to welcome back Amy sussexsaunahats to lead a hat making session so you can create your very own thermal headware to take home. No sewing experience required and it includes a two hour spa session afterwards to test out your handy work. Would also make a perfect gift for someone (the event and/or the hat!)

On the subject of gifts...but not wanting to mention the C word, we're going with the approaching Yuletide that means the spa is open every day for a couple of weeks in December. These are always very popular, so we recommend booking well in advance.

Finally, if you fancy trying out our textile free sessions, we offer the last session on the second Sunday of every month as an opportunity to share a respectful safe space with other like-minded folks.

Come and celebrate the Full Moon and the thinning of the veil for October's Women's Circle.

A welcoming space hosted monthly by Meg M. and Ceci Cecilia Farrell as they gently guide the group through some creative time, down time and sauna, steam and salt time.

Most of all...YOU time.

Connection, care and chilling out across a few hours well spent in nature and good company.

Move around the spa, enjoy aromatherapy steam and share food around the fire.

Leave feeling reset and nurtured and maybe a little bit witchy.

Just a reminder that from tomorrow - 3rd October - we move to winter hours.

Saturdays + Sundays
10am - 4pm
£35 for 2 hour sessions.

In case you're wondering why we do this, we are operating within the natural cycle of daylight to reflect our off grid status and to ensure all guest sessions and set up and close down can be done safely as we move around and to/from the glade.

Still plenty of time to enjoy the spaces, steam and splendid relaxation over the weekends.

Private Hire available during the week during these hours (and sometimes on a Sunday afternoon- ask us!)

We are still open this Wednesday and Thursday* for beautiful sessions in the soul sanctuary. These also feature extra gifts shared by our lovely team.

These are the LAST communal weekday sessions of 2026!

Winter timing begins from this Saturday 3rd October when we shift to daylight hours - still plenty of time to enjoy the woodland spa and some special events to look out for.

We are very fortunate to have some incredibly talented folks on our team here at the Wild Spa. One of them is M. who brings a unique blend of creativity, beautiful space holding, sauna mastery and a big splash of heart-led lightness to all her sessions.

If you are looking to end your weekend on a wonderful high, feeling relaxed, nurtured and connected, then this Women's Circle on Sunday (27th September) is for YOU.

What a day!

A HUGE thanks to everyone who joined us for FLOW FEST Autumn Equinox edition yesterday.

The September sun shone down on us as we gathered and moved, shared, rested, sauna'd, chatted, ate, created, relaxed and did all the things that we designed this day to be for - in a wonderful community group - in our little corner of woodland paradise.

As always it was incredibly special and a privilege to share the time with you.

Extra appreciation for the leaders, guides, practitioners, sellers, staff and helpers who made everything run so smoothly.

As we wave goodbye to summer sessions we take this moment to welcome in the new season with more opportunities to enjoy the Wild Spa coming soon.
