With shorter days, comes quieter, introspective mornings. Watching the sun rise and glisten across the waters surface, coffee in hand, whilst the fire crackles in the background. These moments are to be treasured, before the world wakes up 🧡💕

Our wild, humble, horsebox sauna is here amongst the dunes, waiting in its mothering way, to hold you in its warmth, whatever you are moving through ❤️

🍂 The Autumn Equinox is upon us, where we witness darkness and light in balance 🍂

This Sunday, invite yourself to pause and witness the undeniable shift in seasons with this beautiful offering from Sjaan van de Langenberg ✨✨✨

…A tea ceremony is a meditation. We are invited to slow down enough to notice. The sound of the water pouring, steam rising, the taste, scent and colour of the tea leaves and the warmth of the bowl held in our hands. Sitting with tea we open to our inner experiences of emptiness and fullness & enjoy the healing qualities of the tea itself.

With senses alive post tea ceremony, there’ll be oracle cards to pull and of course the sauna benches will be warmed and ready for you to retreat to for as much or as little introspection as you desire. There’ll also be a cleansing homemade body scrub, so you can give yourself that extra little love as we head in to these slower months ahead 💕

There’s only 5 spaces, so don’t hang about!

Hanging up my sauna boots to have a bairn, anytime now really 💚 no more bending down and lifting things I keep getting told off for lifting…
I’ll be dotting around over the next couple of weeks but we have a wonderful gal Sjaan van de Langenberg who you may have already met over the Summer, taking the reins whilst I become a mother! Be lush to her - Winter at the sauna is not for the faint hearted!

It’s also Snugs 2nd Birthday in October so it seems like a special time for change 🍂

I’m going to miss it here and all the gorgeous people of Seaton Sluice who make this little pocket on earth feel like home 🧡

26/08/2026

Bank holiday weekend is coming up, it’s feeling Autumnal and there’s this cosy little space nestled in the dunes, with a roaring fire warming wooden benches for you, to come and nestle down and soften your bones in to 🔥

20/08/2026

Beautiful rituals to slow you down 💕 sessions are an extended 75min for you to fully immerse and not rush. 5.30 is sold out, 7 has 1 space - without me really advertising which screams to me that this is the type of thing we need amongst the busyness of Summer - so I’ve added an extra 4pm session ✨
