Goodie bag prep for EMBER, one scoop at a time.

Today I blended Kindling, my EMBER tea. A gorgeous, warm, comforting blend for evenings in front of the fire, with hints of ginger and cardamom in the background and marigold petals that sit in the cup like sparks. Then I filled every loose tea bag by hand.

Slowly chipping away at getting the goodie bags ready for Friday. Everything inside is worth over £130, and every guest takes one home.

The last hour of the retreat day is sound.

Mats, mattresses, pillows, blankets and eye masks are all provided. You lie down, close your eyes, and let the gong and bowls do the work. The sound shifts the body out of a stress response and into the state where it recovers.
