This work is offered on a donation contribution basis allowing those from a range of financial backgrounds to access these complementary healthcare services and to support each other in the ability to access these services. Suggested contributions are what you would pay for treatments with similarly highly qualified and experienced practitioners in this field. Please see www.creuynni.com for suggested.

This pricing structure aims to give freedom of expression of gratitude for the work shared and in respect for the benefits to health that are beyond financial value. This pricing structure will continue for as long as it is viable to do so. In appreciation to all those that contribute in a fair way that allows this. This aims to open up this assistance to people from a range of financial backgrounds with physical and/or mental health challenges, with those that can afford more also supporting those that can afford less. Our practitioners:
Katie (BSc Complementary Therapies for Heathcare and Four Winds Society graduate)
Trained with a number of respected teachers from various parts of the world, as well as learning from working to improve her own health; Katie blends ancient and more recent practices with the common sense of her own experiences. Brian Cervera:

It has been an absolute honour sharing free one to one wellbeing sessions for unpaid carers, thanks to a grant from Wrexham County Borough Council.

The places offered filled within hours of us posting the offer, and we are really happy we could assist support body and mind wellbeing in this way. Whether these amazing unpaid carers chose sports massage with Calon, physiotherapy with Brian, manual lymphatic drainage and the awenydd inner-work sessions with Katherine or any of the other treatments we are offering, the difference between them coming through our door to when they leave has been so noticeable, and we hope we have helped ease a little to support them in the wonderful work they do as unpaid carers that is so valuable.

Really grateful too for all the beautiful feedback, like this one here:

Lovely time in the Free Shop TĹ· Pawb today! Some treasure finds, that came alongside what was not filmed the greatest treasure of all: meeting wonderful people.

Amser hyfryd yn y Siop Rannu yn @ Tŷ Pawb heddiw! Rhai trysorau i’w gweld, ochr yn ochr â’r trysor mwyaf oll: cwrdd â phobl wych. Heb eu ffilmio, yn brofiad hyfryd!

Lovely feedback already, including how this Decarbonising Wrexham funded town centre site complements the The National Lottery Community Fund/ Cronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol funded Caia Park site, making the Free Shop more accessible to those who don’t drive. :)

Llawer o adborth cadarnhaol eisoes, gan gynnwys sut mae ein safle yng nghanol y dref yn ategu’r un ym Mharc Caia, gan wneud y Siop Rydd yn fwy hygyrch i’r rhai nad ydynt yn gyrru. :)

We were asked what type of people come here. The answer? Everyone!
Gofynnwyd i ni pa fath o bobl sy’n dod yma. Yr ateb? Pawb!

People on low and high incomes alike can help make the most of our precious Earth resources by giving items a good home. One comment celebrated how inclusive the Free Shop is, bringing different parts of society together. Yes! Beautiful!

Gall pobl ar incwm isel ac uchel fel ei gilydd helpu i wneud y defnydd gorau o adnoddau gwerthfawr ein Daear drwy roi cartref da i eitemau. Roedd un sylw’n dathlu pa mor gynhwysol yw’r Siop Rydd, gan ddod â gwahanol rannau o gymdeithas ynghyd. Ie! Hyfryd!

Supported by Decarbonising Wrecsam funding for 10 weeks until 24th December, in collaboration with Give and Take - free shop, freeconomy, Creuynni Wellbeing CIC Incredible Edible Wrecsam Repair Cafe Wrecsam and our wider community.

Gyda chefnogaeth cyllid Datgarboneiddio Wrecsam, mewn cydweithrediad â Give and Take, Incredible Edible Wrecsam, Repair Café Wrecsam, Grŵp a’n cymuned ehangach.

Mae gan Wrecsam gymaint i’w rannu a’i ddathlu gyda’n gilydd.

Being shortlisted for UK City of Culture 2029 is an opportunity to shine a light on all that makes Wrexham special, and to show how culture can bring people, communities and our relationship with the wider world closer together.
Mae cyrraedd rhestr fer Dinas Diwylliant y DU 2029 yn gyfle i ddathlu popeth sy’n gwneud Wrecsam yn arbennig, ac i ddangos sut y gall diwylliant ddod â phobl, cymunedau a’n perthynas â’r byd ehangach yn nes at ei gilydd.

Amdani, Wrecsam!
