👣 Important - Price Increase 👣

This is never easy to have to announce, but from 1st January 2027 there will be a small increase in my treatment prices.

I know things are expensive for everyone right now and the last thing I want to do is to make things more difficult for my clients.

However, I've reached a point where I simply cannot keep absorbing the rising costs. My supplier costs have steadily increased during 2026, with some products costing three times what they used to. Fuel has also increased significantly recently.

I have built my business to a standard over the past 10 years, using only the highest quality instruments and products. I could use cheaper products but this would then compromise my high standards and that's not something I'm willing to do.

I understand a price increase adds to the cost of living burden, but I hope you will understand that this has not been an easy decision for me.

Thankyou to my all my clients who continue to support me and my small business 🙏

🍂 Fun Friday Fact: Autumn can be “blister season” for your feet! 👣

As the weather starts to cool, many of us swap sandals and lighter footwear for trainers, boots, and closed shoes again.

And that seasonal wardrobe change can give your feet a surprise. 😅

A few quick facts:

👟 Shoes you have not worn for months may rub in slightly different places
🧦 Thicker autumn socks can make familiar footwear feel tighter
👣 Extra pressure and friction can create “hot spots” before a blister appears
🍂 Gradually breaking footwear back in can make the transition much more comfortable

Practical tip:
If you notice a hot spot or rubbing, stop before a blister forms. Adjust your socks, loosen your laces if appropriate, or use a protective blister plaster or dressing over the area before continuing. ✅

Your feet can change over time, so a pair of boots that fitted perfectly last autumn may not feel the same this year.

👉 Fun Friday question:

Have you brought your autumn footwear back out yet?

🥾 Boots are already on
👟 Still in trainers
☀️ Holding onto summer shoes
😅 I discovered my old shoes do not fit like they used to!

Tell us in the comments below. 👇

You've probably been hearing a lot about urea lately... but what actually is it? 👀🦶

Despite the name, urea is one of the most effective skincare ingredients for dry, rough skin and it's especially great for your feet.

✨ Here's why it's become such a popular ingredient:
• It helps attract and retain moisture, keeping skin hydrated.
• It gently breaks down hard, thickened skin, making it softer and smoother.
• It helps improve the skin's natural barrier, protecting against further dryness.

That's why you'll often find urea in products designed for dry, cracked heels and hardworking feet. The higher the percentage, the more intensive the treatment can be for stubborn areas.

If your feet are feeling dry, rough, or in need of some TLC, urea could be the ingredient they've been waiting for!💙
