Thank you to all who joined us this Tuesday

Damian The Club Kilbeggan -Tennis, Karate & Fitness Club. We were delighted to welcome Damian, who led our members through an enjoyable chair Pilates session. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to get moving, improve flexibility and balance, and enjoy some gentle exercise in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

A big thank you to our musicians, Mick Slevin and Damien Scally, whose lively music had everyone up on their feet and dancing!

And we were delighted to wish Joan a very Happy Birthday!

We hope you all enjoyed and we look forward to seeing you again next month!

This week in Kilbeggan Library we have the Craft and Chatter group on Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm.
Then on Thursday we have the Bridge club from 2pm to 4pm followed by Grúpa Comhrá Gaeilge from 4pm to 5pm.
For our Junior members we have Children's Chess on Friday afternoon at 3.30pm.

'A little understanding makes a big difference.'

This is the fifth thing we want everyone to know about dementia.

Dementia can be confusing and isolating. That’s why it’s important that everyone learns more about it.

Everyone’s experience of dementia is different but with a little understanding you can make the biggest difference. It could be as simple as waving to a neighbour or being patient in the shop queue. It’s just about
understanding and helping out where you can 💙
