📢 Event Calendar Update 📢

Due to unforeseen circumstances the organised walk in Cahir will no longer go ahead as planned this Saturday as part of Mental Health Week.

We would still encourage individuals and groups to get out into nature, green spaces and the fresh air this weekend during Tipperary Mental Health Week 🌿

All other events remain unchanged 😊

Creating Meaningful Connections

From the Galtee Mountains to the banks of the Suir,
There’s a spirit in Tipperary that lifts us higher.
A smile, a kind word, a hand held tight,
Can help someone through the darkest night.

From Clonmel to Nenagh, from Thurles to Cahir,
Let’s make sure that nobody feels like a stranger.
Behind every face is a story to share,
And sometimes the greatest gift is simply to care.

From Cashel’s Rock to each village and town,
Let’s lift one another when life brings us down.
No one should struggle in silence or fear,
A simple “I’m here” can bring someone near.

Connection is courage, connection is hope,
A hand when we’re falling, a way when we cope.
One conversation can open a door,
And remind us we matter forevermore.

So Tipperary, stand proudly as one,
Let kindness shine brightly like morning sun.
You are valued. You belong. You matter to me.
Together we build the Tipperary we want to see—
Connected by kindness, compassion and community.
