The practice of heat.
~ Breath sets the pace
Start with steady nasal breathing (Ujjayi).
If breath shortens, dial it back.
~ Layer, don’t leap
Add intensity one step at a time (range, tempo, balance).
Only stack the next challenge when you feel stable.
~ Engage from the center
Draw low belly in, widen the back ribs. Core engagement turns movement into heat without losing form.
~ Sustain, then soften
Hold a steady rhythm for a few rounds, then release with long exhales, simple shapes and a clear finish.
