And it is entirely preventable! Along with we want to keep you all decay free and here are our top tips:

1- Brush twice per day with a fluoride toothpaste
2- Clean between your teeth every day with floss or interdental brushes
3- Spit, don't rinse. Leave the fluoride toothpaste on your teeth
4- Avoid sugary drinks and reduce sweet treats
5- Try to have time between snacks, regular exposure to carbohydrates stops your saliva from being able to protect your teeth
6- Get regular check-ups with your dentist to try and catch any issues early

Pop any questions about this in the comments! Happy
