Don't panic - we are coming back.

Mike and I are heading over the ditch. He's having a nosy around with his brother from another mother and I am completing my Advanced Oncology Massage training in Birtinya.

I'll be bringing this advanced oncology massage knowledge back to the Hawkes Bay. I'd like to do a lot more of this oncology work next year so reach out if you are in this realm.

If you need to see me for massage or brainspotting there are a couple appointments left. Then it's closed until December.

Thanks for the support and the trust this year. Times are tough and I appreciate you spending your hard earned $ with me.

Hands and arms. Nearly always overlooked by massage therapists. Not me though.

They can hold so much tension, tightness and pain.

Phones, computers, guitars, life. It is so important to give them some attention and relief.

Bring me those money makers. Hands, arms and shoulders are my favourite areas to massage.

I've got 15 appointments available between now and December. That's it. Full capacity.

If you need me - book in now. Book in online. No discounts sorry. IRD doesn't give me one sadly.

I'm not taking bookings for January or February yet. I'll let you know when (or if) these months open up.

Need to get your hot little hands on my skincare?

The whole range is available at Chantals Shop in Hastings Street, Napier, the Nectar Collective in Tennyson Street, Napier and also Gilmours Pharmacy in Havelock North.

I also have a few bits and pieces including Monique's Magnesium Cream in my clinic room in Queen Street East in Hastings.

The skincare website is closed this year while I focus on my studies and massage business. It's not forever (just for now).

A short, targeted remedial treatment for ONE specific area or concern.

Ideal if you have a sore neck, shoulder, jaw, lower back, hip or another area that needs focused treatment without booking a full 60-minute session.

Treatment may include remedial massage, myofascial release and targeted soft tissue techniques, backed by nearly 20 years of clinical experience.

Please note: This is strictly a 30-minute appointment and is not suitable for multiple areas or full-body treatment.

I am officially in study mode 📚

I’ve opened up all remaining massage appointments before I head to the Sunshine Coast in mid-November.

I won’t be back massaging until December.

If you want to come and see me before I go - please book now.

The Advanced Oncology Massage study is pretty full-on, so I genuinely won’t be opening up extra appointments or squeezing people in once these are gone.

When they’re filled, they’re filled.

60 min $189

I am a remedial massage therapist with nearly 20 years experience. I work with injuries, pain and muscle tension.

I do not offer relaxation massage - however if you do want to relax check out the Holistic Face Massage option.
