Online Influenza Consent form can be found on the Dickinson County Website under the Health Department’s Flu page or by clicking on the link below to complete the new online influenza form. We are open five days a week. Our immunization clinic runs from 9-6 Monday, 1:30-5 Wednesday and 8-5 Thursday. You must have an appointment, we cannot accept walk-ins. WIC appointments are available all day Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Footcare for seniors rotates locations throughout the month, serving clients in Chapman, Solomon, Abilene and Herington. Please call if you need an appointment. We have resources and information on many different health and wellness topics. Our childcare licensing/surveyor can help you with questions you may have about starting up a childcare, or concerns you may have regarding childcare. We look forward to serving you!
