💗🎀 KARRYSAS KRUSADE IS LOOKING FOR HELPING HANDS! 🎀💗
After everything we accomplished with Bingo for B👻👻bies, one thing has become very clear… WE NEED YOU! 🩷
Right now, Karrysas Krusade is made up of just three core people working hard behind the scenes to bring our ideas to life. We have big dreams for the future, but we can't do it all alone. It takes a team, and we're looking for people who want to be part of something meaningful! 🫶
Our goal is to focus on THREE MAJOR EVENTS A YEAR:
🎀 Bingo for B👻👻bies – Spreading breast cancer awareness, especially among young women, while bringing our community together.
🌭 Hot Dogs for Hope – Bringing people together for another opportunity to give back, raise awareness, and support our mission.
😂 Laughs for a Cause – Using laughter, fun, and community spirit to help us continue growing and making a difference.
These events are a big undertaking, and we need more helping hands to make them successful! We want to build a team of people who can share ideas, lend their talents, and help us turn our plans into reality.
💕 HERE ARE SOME OF THE AREAS WHERE WE NEED VOLUNTEERS:
📊 Treasurer – Someone organized to help manage finances and keep our records in order.
📱 Social Media & Advertising – Help create Facebook posts, spread the word about our events, share donation requests, and get our name out into the community.
🎁 Sponsorships & Donations – Help reach out to local businesses, find sponsors, request donations, and build relationships with people who want to support our mission.
🎟️ Event Volunteers – Help sell tickets, organize baskets and prizes, run prize tables, assist with raffles, and help with setup and cleanup.
🎨 Youth Volunteers – Students looking for volunteer hours are welcome! We need help with face painting, running game booths, assisting with activities, and helping at events. Parent or guardian permission and supervision may be needed, depending on the activity.
💻 Behind-the-Scenes Helpers – You don't have to be at every event to make a difference! Many things can be done right from home, including creating posts, contacting potential sponsors, requesting donations, sharing event information, and helping with planning.
🗓️ WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
During the first few months, we'd like to meet with our new volunteers once a month so we can get to know one another, share ideas, plan, and build a strong team. Once we're established, we'd hope to move to meetings every other month.
We understand that everyone has jobs, families, and busy schedules. ❤️ We're looking for people who can contribute in ways that work for them. You don't have to do everything, and you don't have to attend every event to be a valuable part of our team!
💗 WHY JOIN KARRYSAS KRUSADE?
Because this is about more than putting on events. It's about community helping community, spreading awareness, creating connections, and finding ways to make a difference in people's lives.
Three major events a year is our focus, but behind every successful event is a team of people willing to share the work, the ideas, and the love that make it all happen.
We have the vision. We have the heart. Now we need more people to help us grow! 🩷
