Silicone implants for your nose?! Yes, believe it or not, there are surgeons that use implants for dorsal augmentations.
A patient came to me to have hers removed because it became crooked. Nasal implants can even extrude out of your nose, either through the skin or inside of your nose!
For this patient, we removed all of the foreign bodies in her nose and replaced them with her own natural cartilage (diced cartilage glue grafts).
In my opinion, this is the much better way to go!
