Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, kickboxing and stretching!! The original dance exercise phenomenon! Monday 6:00 p.m.

Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, Latin, hip-hop, rock and classics. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights or resistance tubes, and a stretch finale. Classes are as follows:

Monday 5:30 a.m. Tuesday 5:30 a.m. Tuesday 4:30 p.m. Tuesday 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 5:30 a.m. Wednesday 6:00 p.m. Strength 60 format

Thursday 5:30 a.m. Thursday 4:30 p.m. Thursday 6:00 p.m. Friday 5:30 a.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m.

A little pink, a lot of strength, and no shortage of personality🩷🩷🩷

Our Jazzercise Bluffton crew showed up in pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, filling the studio with movement, laughter, and love. We’re grateful for our bodies, the chance to move together, and this community of women who keep showing up for one another. Together, we celebrate survivors and stand beside everyone facing breast cancer. 💗

October may be ending, but our support for each other goes all year long.
