I started competing in 2013 because I missed the feeling of competition from high school. I thought getting leaner and building more muscle would make me happier.
It didn’t.
Instead, competing left me with body dysmorphia and a difficult relationship with food—things I had to work hard to overcome. It also left me with a deep dislike of spray tan, trauma from butt glue, and a reason I still won’t touch tilapia. 😅
Somewhere along the way, I realized there had to be a better way to fitness and life.
That realization became part of my mission: to help people get stronger and feel good in their bodies without extreme diets, all-or-nothing rules, or sacrificing their happiness to reach a goal.
The Fitness Life is about building strength, confidence, and habits that fit into a full life. You deserve to enjoy the process, enjoy your life, and still feel fit and strong.
That’s why I do what I do. 💜
