**Idaho Dentist Spotlight: Dr. Stephen Leeb**

Meet Dr. Stephen Leeb of Idaho Emergency Dental!

Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Leeb earned his bachelor's degree in biology at UW–Madison before returning to Minnesota for dental school. After learning about the AEGD program at Idaho State University, he decided to make Idaho his next home.

A 2020 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Leeb practices general dentistry with an emphasis on emergencies. He's also the New Dentist Trustee and is involved in SWIDS leadership.

Getting involved in organized dentistry has helped him grow as a leader and opened up new opportunities. His advice to other dentists: **Get involved!**

Now, he's looking forward to becoming a practice owner in the Treasure Valley and continuing to build a life in the Boise area.

Thanks for being part of Idaho's dental community, Dr. Leeb. We're excited to see what's next!

Dentistry is better when you have people to connect with outside the office, too.

That’s why we host New Dentists Drop-in Socials in Southwest Idaho for dentists within their first 10 years after dental school.

Meet other dentists, enjoy some snacks, and take a breather. Stay for the whole event or drop in for 10 minutes. These casual get-togethers are free, open to all new dentists, and don’t require Idaho Dental Association membership.
